Hi y'all. I'm venturing back into supplements and nutrition to try to combat fatigue and brain fog. I never get very far, because I am very undisciplined about food--eat based on rabid hunger and/or craving. But I'm exhausted all the time, and I've ruled out just about everything except diet and GI health. This podcast was really compelling for me.
